By accessing or using the Knertrix platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Knertrix is an AI-powered skill intelligence platform that provides:

  • AI mock interviews with voice-based interaction and adaptive feedback
  • Timed skill assessments (aptitude and technical MCQ)
  • Career roadmaps with guided preparation paths
  • DSA practice sheets with LeetCode integration
  • Community-driven interview experience sharing
  • Skill intelligence profiles and trust score verification

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Share, resell, or redistribute assessment content or AI-generated feedback
  • Submit false, misleading, or plagiarized content to community features
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Abuse the AI interview system (e.g., sharing questions or manipulating evaluations)

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, assessment content, and branding, is owned by Knertrix and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content you create (e.g., community experience posts) remains your intellectual property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content within the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, feedback, skill evaluations, and career recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for career decisions. Knertrix does not guarantee employment outcomes based on your use of the Service.

7. Subscription & Pricing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Features available on each tier are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

For paid tiers, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knertrix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
